OUR OWN EASTER JOURNEY

FROM PALM SUNDAY
TO GOOD FRIDAY
TO RESURRECTION SUNDAY

Palm Sunday: all the Hosannas — was it because of a misunderstood celebration? I believe we can fall into such a misunderstanding. We think “oh good, now I’m “saved” — saved from trials, etc. Yet we are saved from God’s wrath because of Good Friday. Good even when hearts were broken because those who loved Him saw Jesus tortured and died.

EASTER SUNDAY, oh so blessed a day. Jesus’ promises are fulfilled and that gives us faith to endure any heartbreak (any disappointment).

Blessed are those who endure trials BECAUSE WE LOVE HIM.

The only consolation in missing Michael is knowing the fullness of joy he is experiencing in the presence of Jesus. Michael loved Him so much and God loved me so much He let me be Michael’s wife. Thank you my Savior.
